Yadu Chandran is a PhD scholar at the School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, India. Before joining this program, he completed his M. Tech thesis at the National Institute of Technology Calicut, India. His research interests center on understanding the mechanical and chemical reliability of 2D TMDs. His research pursuits primarily focus on the large-scale growth of 2D TMDs, the interaction between 2D materials and substrates, and improving their durability. He possesses expertise in CVD technique, microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and nanoindentation
